This was my first time there. The attendant was such a joy. Very polite and helpful. She was on the 2nd shift. The place was very clean and lots of up dated machines. Very comfortable and I felt safe. I will come cross town to do my laundry from now on.

My 1st time and it waa very nice...I washed my comforters, towels and bed linens. The machines were accommodating in size. The XL largest machine is $11.25, Lg. $6.25 and the regular size are $3.25. The convenience of an ATM and change machines were nice too. You don't have 2 bother the attendant. I will definitely be going back. Best one!

This is a really nice laundry mat! Very clean, nice big dryers they have a ton of different washing machines in all different sizes and there is always someone working there which is nice for if you were to ever need anything. They have nice change machine too, overall very nice laundry mat and they have vacuums in the parking lot if you wanna vacuum your car while your waiting, pretty cool.

It's air conditioned and open 24 hours. It's always clean and I've never noticed any machines not working. The lady that works there isn't very friendly though

When you have to use a laundromat to do your laundry you want to go to a place that has reasonable prices and is clean. That’s exactly what you will find at Hertel Laundromat! The worker Erica was super nice and helpful! She was constantly cleaning the 2 hours I was there to make sure the place stayed nice. Definitely recommend!

Great place to get your clothes clean also has pinball machines and arcade games.. Great way to spend the time while you wait for your clothes to dry.

Before I came here, I read some reviews. At my last day in Buffalo, I do need to wash my clothes, I asked for help on how to operate, but the soap was sold out. This nice and friendly guy helped me, gave me his own detergent for free, and gave me coins for free. I’m moved. I want to give him some money, but he refused. So I purchased a few soaps etc. and put them out for anyone needing them.

This place rocks. I am super particular about cleanliness, and it meets and even exceeds my standards, especially for a laundromat. Coming back. I was even to buy single use portion of bleach. And a Hotwheels pinball machine?!
